Motor Vehicle Accidents and Worker's Compensation
Treating injuries in the Eugene, Springfield, Junction City and Creswell areas
- We can bill your insurance for MVA/ Worker's Comp claims, in most cases.
- Treatments are designed with the whole person in mind. Remember, you should heal from an accident like any other injury even without care but this can be too slow for busy people. My care is aimed at speeding up the healing process to get you back to how you felt before the accident. My treatment plans do not "over-treat" problems. Over-treating can keep you in pain for many more weeks than you need to be.
- Have you already been receiving care multiple times a week for months and you cannot tell if you are feeling better? Do you feel worse? You may be being over-treated and should contact me.
- Sometimes a person is in an accident while their mind and body are already dealing with many healing projects. I can still help. I have treated patients with serious diseases or recovering from surgery and am still able to speed their recovery from their injuries.
- Some people need aggressive treatment, and my combination of Japanese acupuncture, trigger point release , electro-acupuncture and manual therapies (body work and massage) can really attack pain in a very rapid, efficient way each session.
- Keeping a lot of appointments is challenging for most people. My treatment plans are always appropriate for the level of injury you have sustained. I work to graduate from care as soon as possible so you can get on with your life.
- As always, I will help you find the best self-care plan to speed your recovery. Self-care plans can help reduce the total time it takes for people to heal completely from their injuries.
- I treat people of all ages, including young children injured in car accidents.
- I keep excellent electronic chart notes that are easy for your insurance or your attending physician to read and see your progress. Not many acupuncturists are able to do this.
